If any changes are needed to your booked session time, reasonable notice is required. Understandably emergencies happen and things out of our control, please contact me if this is your case but for the most part, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations more than 48hrs before a session will not incur a fee.

Cancellations made within 48hrs of your booked appointment will be charged at 50%

Cancellations made within 24hrs or missed appointments will be charged at the full session rate.
